hugo is not shot dead, its all a set up by the police and he is actually going into witness protection!
He even attends his own funeral from a distance with angelo, land eaving xavier all his money with a goodbye note.
The only resident of summerbay who knows is alf, which one of hugo's conditions to entering witness protection!!! |
