The Bayside Diner

Couple of things I'd like to know about:

Are there no health and safety regulations for kitchens in Oz? All the women have no hair covering yet constantly brush their hair as they prepare food. How can this be?

When Leah had the "drop-in" centre it stood at one side of the kitchen and at the other side was the diner. Now we have a room with tiddly little tables plus couches and, over by the window, are some computers. Is this the diner, a drop-in, or a lounge? And, does anyone ever cook, all I see is lettuce. The kitchen now has a prep room and the old diner seems to have vanished. Is it waiting to be reopened as -- maybe -- a drop-in centre?
